Suncarrent is a Vehicle rental company providing low cost Vehicle rental at convenient locations around the world.
So that we can provide you with the widest choice of Vehicles and locations we have arrangements with other car rental companies to supply Vehicles.
Your vehicle is provided in either of the ways highlighted below:
- Your contract is with Suncarrent and we book your Vehicle with one of our reputable contractors
- Your contract is with an independent local supplier and Suncarrent act as their agent
- Where your request is in country Suncarrent.com does not have supply you will be directed to one of our partners and you will enter into a contract with them. The partner will allow you to place your reservation request on their system, under their terms and conditions, using their suppliers and take payment directly from you.
Please not these terms and conditions reflect those of Suncarrent.com when you are contracting with Suncarrent not one of the Suncarrent partners.
When you book your Vehicle, you will be able to see which arrangement we are making for you. On completion of your Suncarrent booking, you must print your rental agreement or voucher. This is your proof of booking and you will need to present it when you pick up your Vehicle. At the time you pick up your Vehicle, you will have to sign the terms and conditions of hiring the Vehicle. These terms and conditions the local terms (which vary from location to location) can and should be reviewed by you when you make your booking.
View the local terms for the rental location selected. Where there is any conflict between the terms of these policies and the suppliers local terms shall prevail.
Performance of this contract by Suncarrent will commence as soon as your booking has been accepted and we have issued a rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable) to you.

- Additional non-mandatory insurance (such as loss/damage waiver insurance available at time of booking to reduce liability for accidental loss/damage to the Vehicle)
- Parking fines and all other penalties and fines incurred during your rental
- The out of hours charge
- The booking amendment charge

The duration of your rental starts and finishes according to the agreed start time and agreed end time detailed on your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable).
Minimum rental
The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
For the minimum and maximum rental age and other restrictions, You must refer to the local terms for your rental location. Driving Licenses: If you are a Non UK resident and are currently living in the UK then you may need to transfer your driving license to a UK one. Non EU Nationals transfer after 12 months, EU Nationals after 3 years.

The sum you must pay to Suncarrent for all the charges relating to your rental in accordance with your booking application will be made in full at the time you make your booking on the website. The charges will be deducted from your credit/charge or debit card at the time of booking.
Your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable) will not be issued until payment has been made in full.
A handling charge will be added to transactions made by credit/charge/debit card. You must refer to the local terms for the amount of the handling charge payable at your rental location.
By submitting your booking application you expressly authorise Suncarrent to debit from your credit/charge or debit card the total rental cost as shown on your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable) as well as any supplementary charges. Supplementary charges will be payable to your rental supplier on collection or return of your Vehicle (as appropriate) or at such other date as the supplementary charges are incurred. You must refer to the local terms for the acceptable forms of payment.
While Suncarrent tries to ensure that all details (including prices, fees, surcharges and taxes) quoted on Suncarrent's website are accurate, errors may occur. If Suncarrent discovers an error in any detail (including the price of your rental), Suncarrent will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your booking at the correct price or canceling it. If you cancel, you will receive a full refund. If Suncarrent is unable to contact you, Suncarrent will treat the booking as cancelled. To the fullest extent permissible, Suncarrent excludes all warranties and representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained on the website. Suncarrent is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of any information contained on the website (other than in respect of death or personal injury caused by suncarrent's negligence).
Suncarrent will not be liable for, and you will reimburse Suncarrent in respect of, all claims by or against Suncarrent resulting from your failure to comply with the terms of your rental and the terms of any related insurance policies. These amounts may be debited from your credit/charge or debit card. To cover your potential financial liability to Suncarrent under this Rental agreement your credit card details will be retained and Suncarrent shall be entitled, during or within 2 months following the Rental Period, to debit your credit card in respect of such sums as are owed to it including without limitation, Late Return Charges, excess mileage charges, damage and at any time following the Rental Period fines that may be imposed in relation to the car during the Rental Period for which you are responsible. An email notification will be sent to you of any such charges prior to your credit card being debited. Suncarrent may retain your debit and credit card details and you consent to Suncarrent debiting such reimbursements.

Customers who book to collect a car will be charged in GBP. Any supplementary charges will also be charged in the local currency.

No amendments can be made to your rental once paid for.

| Cancellation | Top |
|
|
If you cancel your rental due to unusual and unforeseeable events beyond your reasonable control, including serious illness of the driver, such that the driver is unfit to drive; natural disaster (including but not limited to fire and flood); acts or restraints of governments or public authorities; or war, riot, civil commotion or acts of terrorism; Suncarrent may at its discretion, provide you with a refund of the rental cost (subject to the deduction of an administration charge), provided that you promptly advise Suncarrent and furnish evidence of such event. (i.e. medical certificate, death certificate).
With the exception of above, Suncarrent or your independent rental supplier (if applicable) are unable to offer you a refund if you cancel your rental, collect your Vehicle late or end your rental early. If you are not prepared to take the risk of a potential cancellation you should not book through Suncarrent. By not giving refunds your rental supplier is able to offer lower prices.
Notwithstanding any terms of your rental, your statutory rights to a refund shall remain unaffected. For further information about your statutory rights, contact your Local Authority, Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice Bureau.

| Vehicle availability | Top |

|
Suncarrent or your independent rental supplier (as applicable) will do its best to provide you with the Vehicle type specified when you made your booking. From time to time, for operational reasons it may be necessary to provide you with an alternative Vehicle type to the same or a better standard of vehicle. We regret that it is not possible to request a specific model, fuel type or colour.
In the event that you are left without a Vehicle as a direct result of the Vehicle breaking down and all attempts to provide you with alternative transportation have failed, Suncarrent will reimburse you for any reasonable expenses incurred as a direct result, In the case of an accident, no replacement Vehicle will be provided.

Documents required
In order for your Vehicle to be released to you, you must present the following at your rental location upon collection of your Vehicle:
- Your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable)
- The driver's license for the driver and for each additional driver (original documents only)
- Photographic identification for each driver (original documents only)
- An accepted proof of address for each driver and additional driver (to confirm what is or if you require an accepted proof of address, please view ;local terms
- A valid credit card in the driver's name
You must refer to the local terms for further information and to see if you are required to produce any additional documents at your rental location.
Please ensure that you:
- Keep a copy of your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable) and all insurance documents in the your Vehicle at all times
- Do not use your Vehicle for hire or reward, or any paid (direct or otherwise) work involving your Vehicle in any manner whatsoever
- Do not use your Vehicle for the purpose of off-road driving or drive it without due care and attention
- Keep your Vehicle safe and secure and properly protected against any damage whatsoever, and ensure every precaution is taken when parking and driving
- Do not use or drive your Vehicle in breach of any law of the country in which it is rented or use it or allow it to be used in order to commit any criminal activity whatsoever
- Use the correct fuel and check and maintain correct levels of engine oil, tyre pressure and coolant on a regular basis
- Will not continue to use your Vehicle if there is a fault and your Vehicle could be damaged from further use
- Do not allow your Vehicle to be driven or used by any person who has not been authorised to drive it
- Inform Suncarrent as soon as possible if the driver or any additional driver incurs or has incurred any other endorsements on his/her license, or if there is a change in his/her circumstances which may affect the rental cost, the availability of insurance cover or the rental supplier's obligation to release the Vehicle to you.
You are responsible for obtaining any authorisations, licenses or permits which are required for the driver or additional drivers to drive or use your Vehicle in the country of hire.
Your rental supplier reserves the right to refuse to release your Vehicle to you if, in their reasonable opinion, the driver (or any additional driver) is unfit to drive and/or he/she does not meet the eligibility requirements, which include having any undisclosed endorsements on his/her driving license. In such circumstances, your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable) will not be honoured and neither Suncarrent or your independent rental supplier (if applicable) shall be under obligation to refund all or any part of the rental cost or any other sum. The rental supplier is under no obligation to hand over the Vehicle to you.
Your rental supplier reserves the right to continue to rent Vehicles which may have sustained minor cosmetic damage but which are considered safe and roadworthy under the local traffic regulations.

Your Vehicle may be collected at any time during the period shown on your rental agreement or booking voucher, but cannot be collected earlier.
No refund will be made if you do not collect your Vehicle or collect your Vehicles later than the agreed start time.
Please allow the staff at your rental location sufficient time to allocate your Vehicle to you: 30 minutes is recommended.

| Acceptance of your Vehicle | Top |

|
On collection of your Vehicle, a Vehicle collection report form will be provided to you. You will be asked to accept that your Vehicle is clean, the mileage/kilometer reading is stated correctly and that all damage on your Vehicle matches the damage detailed on the incident report form. Please bring any discrepancies to the attention of a member of staff at your rental location before leaving.

|
You may be required to leave a deposit to cover your rental cost and any supplementary charges. To do so, a valid credit/charge or debit card in the name of any of the drivers, must be produced upon collection of your Vehicle. A Vehicle may not be allocated unless a deposit is taken.
Depending your Country of rental, A deposit will be debited from the driver's card at the time of collecting your Vehicle. If your booking is made 7 days prior to the agreed start time, the deposit will be debited from your card at the time of booking.
The deposit will either be automatically refunded up to 30 days after the return of your Vehicle or will be offset against any money owing, for example, for supplementary charges, and the balance remitted to you thereafter. In the case of any additional or local charges made by an Suncarrent supplier (clearly detailed in our local terms) then this will be refunded directly to the customer by them and not Suncarrent. No charges will be applied against any customer's credit card unless the customer has clearly signed acceptance and likely been provided with a detailed invoice of the same.
You must refer to the local terms of your rental location to see the type and amount of the deposit(s) required and to see if any variations to the requirement to leave a deposit apply.

|
Your Vehicle shall be provided to you in a roadworthy condition. During your rental, you are responsible for ensuring that the tyres, oil and coolant levels are maintained within reasonably acceptable levels.
In the event that you fail to take reasonable care of your Vehicle during your rental and loss or damage is caused as a result (including loss or damage to third parties), you will be liable for all such loss or damage.

Vehicles are rented with a variety of fuel options. You must refer to the local terms to see the fuel policies for your rental location.

| Mileage/kilometer allowance | Top |
|
|
Vehicles are either provided with unlimited mileage or a mileage/kilometer allowance. You must refer to the local terms to see which applies at your rental location. If you exceed the mileage/kilometer allowance, you will incur an excess mileage/kilometer charge.
No refunds will be made for extra mileage/kilometers that are unused.
Country/state border restrictions
You must refer to the local terms for your rental location to see whether country/state border crossing is permitted and if any charges apply.

|
Motor insurance, CDW and Super CDW are invalidated if the hirer or any other named driver knowingly let an unauthorised driver drive the car. Suncarrent will recover full damages incurred while a car is being driven by an unauthorised driver from the hirer's credit card
You must refer to the local terms for your rental location to see what insurance cover is included in your rental cost and what is not and what additional insurance may be purchased.

|
Your rental cost includes all taxes except those in respect of purchases made locally (i.e. at your rental location) such as excess mileage and special requests.
Suncarrent reserves the right to levy any government increases in local taxes that may be introduced after issue of your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable).

| Incident | Top |
|
|
In the event of any incident, such as an accident involving your Vehicle, theft of or to your Vehicle or mechanical difficulties, it is important that you report these to your rental location within 24 hours of their occurrence.
In the event of an incident, before the end of your rental you must also complete and submit to your rental supplier an incident report form.
In the case of theft or an accident in which any of the parties are injured, you must inform the local police immediately and obtain an incident or crime number and a signed police report. Full details of third parties and witnesses (including contact details and Vehicle registration numbers) should also be obtained. In addition, you must:
- At once send to your rental supplier any letter from any third party and any claim form, writ, summons or other document relating to any court proceedings
- Provide all reasonable assistance to your rental supplier or its agents and insurers in dealing with the court proceedings, including allowing court actions to be taken in your name and defending any proceedings taken against you
- At the time of the incident, which has involved a third party in an accident, make no admission of liability to any persons
You may be held liable by your rental supplier to make good any and all damage or loss sustained to your Vehicle and to any third party during the rental period in the event that you: (a) fail to ensure that an incident report form is completed and submitted to your rental supplier at the end of the rental period; (b) use your Vehicle for any purpose other than that for which it was supplied to you; (c) use your Vehicle to participate in any illegal activity; (d) fail to take reasonable care of your Vehicle (for example, leaving it unlocked and unattended or leaving the keys in your Vehicle). You should retain copies of all rental documentation in the event that an insurance company is involved. Your Insurance cover may be invalidated if this procedure is not followed correctly and this may prejudice any claim for compensation.
If keys are lost or damaged, you will be liable for the reasonable costs of obtaining a replacement key(s) and further costs if directly related to the Vehicle's theft. The Vehicle will have not been considered returned until a correct set of keys has been provided to a member of staff at your rental location.
You must refer to the local terms for any additional requirements regarding your reporting of an incident at your rental location.

|
|
Always lock your Vehicle when leaving it unattended and ensure all valuables or belongings are concealed.

| Out of hours charge | Top |
|
|
Subject to the payment of an additional charge, some locations may supply a Vehicle outside of normal working hours in some locations. You must refer to the local terms to see if your Vehicle may be supplied outside normal working hours at your rental location.
|
|
| Vehicle return | Top |
|
|
Please return your Vehicle (and any extras) to the rental location at the agreed end time and well in advance of your onward travel schedule to allow sufficient time to complete the end of rental formalities as detailed below.
Wear and tear. Your rental supplier reserves the sole right to judge whether any damage sustained during your rental period is fair wear and tear or is chargeable (under the conditions of the insurance provision).
Once you arrive at your rental location to return your Vehicle please:
- Follow the signs to the designated Vehicle return area
- Park in a valid parking bay
- Take note of the floor, row and bay number where your Vehicle is parked (if applicable)
- Proceed to the rental office
If your rental period has expired and you have not returned your Vehicle, your rental supplier reserves the right to repossess your Vehicle at your expense and may report to the police that your Vehicle is in your possession without consent.
Vehicle return report
On return of your Vehicle, a member of staff at your rental location will ask you for the following:
- The keys to your Vehicle
- The position of your Vehicle
- A Vehicle park pass (if applicable)
- Details of any Vehicle damage
- In the event that your Vehicle has been involved in an accident, an incident report form
After your Vehicle's return has been recorded, the member of staff will print out a Vehicle return report and accompany you to your Vehicle for an inspection.
An inspection of your Vehicle shall be conducted when you return it. You should if possible leave additional time for the inspection. If you return the vehicle "out of hours", then we will inspect and apply any appropriate damage charges during the first operational hour of the location reopening. In the event that your Vehicle has been returned in a condition that requires substantial cleaning, cleaning of your Vehicle may be required before an inspection can be conducted. The Vehicle return report will record:
- Any damage to your Vehicle
- The mileage/kilometer reading of your Vehicle
- Whether your Vehicle has been returned clean
In the event that there is any damage to your Vehicle an inspection report will be issued disclosing the damage to your Vehicle (categorised in accordance with the pre-determined categories of damage, a copy of which is available at your rental location) and your rental supplier will be entitled to debit your card for the cost of making good the damage as appropriate within the specified categories of damage (up to the level of the insurance excess if applicable).
You are strongly advised to attend the inspection process and to counter-sign the inspection report before departing. As the hirer of your Vehicle, you shall be bound by the inspection report signed by its driver or an additional driver or signed by anyone else on your behalf. If you decide not to attend the inspection process or leave before it is completed, you shall be bound by the inspection report provide that a member of staff of the rental location signs it.
In situations where an inspection cannot be undertaken (for example, where the Vehicle is stolen or written off), you shall be bound by the contents of the incident report form.
You are responsible for any loss or damage sustained to your Vehicle during your rental period, and such responsibility shall continue until the inspection process has been completed by a member of staff at your rental location and to their satisfaction.

| Return charges | Top |

|
Your Vehicle must be returned at the agreed end time. Your Vehicle is returned only when the Vehicle return report has been completed.
Late return charges will apply if your Vehicle is returned after the hours stated in your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable).
In the event of a late return, your vehicle will remain insured. You will have limited liability to third parties and for any loss or damage to your Vehicle for such period after which your Vehicle should have been returned. In such circumstances, your liability for any damage to your Vehicle will be limited to the level of the insurance excess.
We regret that your rental location will not remain open outside the opening hours stated in the local terms of your rental location, even where there are delays or failures in the mode of transport used to reach your rental location.
Please Note: If you are due to return your Vehicle within the last hour of your rental location's opening hours, it is strongly recommend that you allow at least 30 minutes to complete the return process.

Your rental may be terminated and your Vehicles repossessed (at your expense) for any serious breach by you of the terms of your rental or if Suncarrent or your independent rental supplier (if applicable) reasonably believes you are in serious breach.

| Consequential loss | Top |

Suncarrent is responsible for losses you suffer as a result of Suncarrent breaching the terms of the rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable) if the losses are a foreseeable consequence of Suncarrent's breach. Losses are foreseeable where you and/or Suncarrent could contemplate them at the time our agreement was formed. Suncarrent is not responsible for indirect losses that are not foreseeable by you or Suncarrent (such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity).

If any of the provisions of the terms of your rental are or become unenforceable then this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the terms as a whole or of any other provisions thereof.

| Rental agreement and booking voucher | Top |
|
|
The terms of your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable) also form part of your rental.
Limitations on liability and law
Suncarrent disclaims to the maximum extent permitted by law all warranties expressed or implied by statute, custom or usage relating to the information contained in its website and Suncarrent shall not be liable whether in contract tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising from its website or from any interruption or delay in accessing its website.
Suncarrent may retain your card details and you consent to Suncarrent debiting such amounts for which you are responsible liable for and you will reimburse Suncarrent in respect of, all claims by or against it resulting from your failure to comply with the terms of your rental, including these Terms and Conditions, the local terms for your rental location, your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable) and/or the terms of any related insurance policies. To cover your potential financial liability to Suncarrent under this Rental agreement your credit card details will be retained and Suncarrent shall be entitled, during or within 2 months following the Rental Period, to debit your credit card in respect of such sums as are owed to it including without limitation, Late Return Charges, excess mileage charges, damage and at any time following the Rental Period fines that may be imposed in relation to the car during the Rental Period for which you are responsible. An email notification will be sent to you of any such charges prior to your credit card being debited
Suncarrent shall have no liability to you or third parties for loss or damage sustained arising out of or in connection with your use of your Vehicle during the your rental period unless that loss or damage arises from our negligence, breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions or any breach of any of our statutory obligations.
Suncarrent shall have no responsibility for any property left in or damaged as a result of being in the Vehicle.
The laws of England and Wales shall apply to the Suncarrent website, these Terms and Conditions and to the issue of the rental agreement or booking voucher. The local terms for your rental location shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction within which the local terms are made.
your obligations as a customer
You agree that:
- Until your Vehicle is returned to your rental supplier you will be liable as hirer of your Vehicle for any offences, penalties or fines committed or sustained in respect of your Vehicle under any relevant local road traffic legislation during your rental period
- In the event that your rental supplier is charged with any penalty amounts in respect of offences committed whilst your Vehicle is on rent to you during your rental period, your rental supplier reserves the right to deduct these penalty amounts (in addition to any administration fee(s) arising there from) from your card, with hold your deposit and/or supply your details to the relevant authorities. To cover your potential financial liability to Suncarrent under this Rental agreement your credit card details will be retained and Suncarrent shall be entitled, during or within 2 months following the Rental Period, to debit your credit card in respect of such sums as are owed to it including without limitation, Late Return Charges, excess mileage charges, damage and at any time following the Rental Period fines that may be imposed in relation to the car during the Rental Period for which you are responsible. An email notification will be sent to you of any such charges prior to your credit card being debited
- You shall be responsible for your Vehicle during your rental period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable) as well as the local terms for your rental location, and for ensuring that any drivers and additional drivers also observe these agreements and their terms and conditions
- The information that you have supplied is true, and that all material facts which might reasonably be expected to affect either the insurance or any decision to enter into your agreement for the hire of your Vehicle have been disclosed. False, misleading or untrue information may invalidate any insurance and you may be exposed to unlimited liability to third parties

All bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions, the rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable) and the Local terms for your rental location ("the agreements").
You acknowledge that in making a booking through the Suncarrent website or Suncarrent call centre that you do so on the basis of the material contained in the agreements; on our website or information provided on the telephone by Suncarrent call centre staff.

agreed end time: the time agreed for the return of your Vehicle to your rental location as stated in your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable), at which point your rental ends.
agreed start time: the time agreed for the collection of your Vehicle from your rental location as stated in your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable), at which point your rental begins.
booking amendment charge: sum payable by you to cover operational costs in order to change your booking details. Costs specified in the local terms for your rental location.
booking voucher: the voucher issued to you by Suncarrent on completion of your booking and which you must present upon collection of your Vehicle, where you rental is provided by an independent rental supplier.
Suncarrent call centre: the customer service line dedicated to assisting your booking or enquiry requests. Please note that calls to this number are charged at a premium rate.
driver(s): the person whose name appears in the relevant section of the rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable) as the driver of your Vehicle and any further drivers listed to drive your Vehicle as additional drivers.
excess mileage charge: the mileage that exceeds the mileage limit on a booking. The mileage limit is equal to the mileage allowance set out in your rental agreement or booking voucher, plus any extra mileage purchased before the end of the rental period. Costs specified in the local terms for your rental location.
extra mileage: mileage packages available for purchase before the end of your rental. Costs specified in the local terms for your rental location.
handling charge: sum payable by you where a transaction is made by credit card. Costs specified in the local terms for your rental location.
incident report form: the form attached to your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable) to be completed by you and submitted to your rental supplier in the event of an incident. (If the form is lost or stolen, you should notify us immediately via the Suncarrent call centre and another form shall be sent to you).
incident: without limitation, any loss, damage, accident or other mishap involving your Vehicle, whether the loss or damage is sustained to your Vehicle itself or to a third party.
independent rental supplier: the company which is responsible for renting your Vehicle to you when this is not Suncarrent and which is specified in the local terms for your rental location.
inspection report form: document completed at the time of return of the Vehicle stating details and condition of the car.
insurance: the insurance cover provided by your rental supplier as detailed in your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable).
insurance excess: the amount payable by you in the event of an incident covered by insurance. Amounts shown in your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable).
late collection: collecting your car outside the hours specified in your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable).
late return charges: charges you agree to pay to Supplier if your Vehicle is returned later than the agreed end time. These charges will be repeated for each day or part of a day until your Vehicle is returned to your rental supplier.
rental location: the relevant rental site from which you collect and to which you return your Vehicle according to your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable).
mileage/kilometre allowance: the amount of miles/kilometers per day included in your rental costs as stated in your rental agreement or booking voucher (as applicable).
your booking: Rental Agreement between you and Suncarrent for a specified location, date and Vehicle.
no-shows: bookings made but not collected by the customer.
opening hours: Location specific times of operation as specified in the local terms for your rental location.
out of hours: A requirement outside the supplier's location specific times of operation as specified in the local terms for your rental location.
post-rental charges: Any amounts that you are liable for, incurred during the rental period.
rental agreement: the agreement issued to you by Suncarrent on completion of your booking and which you must present upon collection of your Vehicle, where your rental is provided by Suncarrent.
rental supplier: either Suncarrent or an independent rental supplier, as specified in the local terms for your rental location.
rental period: the period of hire of your Vehicle, from the agreed start time to the agreed end time.
special requests: all or any extra equipment provided to you for use with your Vehicle (including child seats, snow chains and ski-racks).
supplementary charges: all and any additional charges and costs incurred by you above the rental cost in relation to your rental of your Vehicle. These include damage charges, late return charges, administration fees and parking fines.
third party motor liability: Suncarrent will provide Third Party Motor Liability insurance in accordance with the UK Road Traffic Act.
unfit to drive: Any physical condition that prevents you from driving a Vehicle.
Vehicle collection report form: the document given to you at the location when you collect your Vehicle, which sets out, without limitation, details of mileage, general condition and fuel levels of the Vehicle.
Vehicle incident report: the form attached to your Rental Agreement to be completed by you and submitted to us in the event of an Incident, including details and signatures of third parties and/or a police crime reference number, where applicable. (If the form is lost or stolen, you shall notify us via the Helpline immediately and we shall send another form to you).
Vehicle return report: the document given to you at the location when you return your Vehicle, which sets out, without limitation, details of mileage, general condition and fuel levels of the Vehicle.
Vehicle: the Vehicle and all its tools, documents, fittings and components, whether mechanical or otherwise, and any special items supplied to you at the rental location pursuant to your rental agreement or booking voucher.
